Afin d’avoir une organisation optimale, nous vous demanderons de payer votre stand dans les 30 jours qui suivent la reception du mail confirmant votre participation à la convention.

To optimize the organization, we ask you to pay for the stand one month after you received the confirmation of your presence at most.

Toute facture émise est légalement due et payable. Aucun remboursement ne pourra être accordé en cas d’annulation. En cas d’empêchement, deux solutions sont possibles : le report du stand à l’édition de l’année suivante ou la cession du stand à un repreneur, sous réserve de l’acceptation de l’équipe organisatrice. Cette dernière option est valable uniquement jusqu’à 45 jours avant l’événement ; au-delà de ce délai, seul le report du stand à l’édition suivante pourra être demandé.
Veuillez noter que la convention se tiendra cette année à Ciney Expo. Une navette gratuite sera mise à disposition des tatoueurs, assurant des trajets aller-retour plusieurs fois par jour afin de faciliter vos déplacements. Les horaires de la navette seront communiqués par e-mail quelques semaines avant l’événement.
GTC (General Terms and Conditions of Sale):
Any payment constitutes acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale.
Any invoice issued is legally due and payable. No refunds will be granted in the event of cancellation. In case of inability to attend, two options are available: postponement of the booth to the following year’s edition or transfer of the booth to a replacement, subject to approval by the organizing team. This latter option is only valid up to 45 days prior to the event; beyond this deadline, only postponement of the booth to the next edition may be requested.
Please note that the convention will take place this year at Ciney Expo. A free shuttle service will be provided for tattoo artists, operating round trips several times a day to facilitate transportation. Shuttle schedules will be communicated by email a few weeks prior to the event.
